How do I schedule a service appointment?

You can get in touch via the contact form on the website, or reach out by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Once I receive your enquiry, I’ll confirm availability, discuss your requirements, and guide you through the next steps to secure your date.

Do you work alone or with a team?

I work with a small group of talented photographers and videographers I trust completely. No matter the size of your wedding, I can accommodate your plans and ensure your day is captured beautifully from every angle.

How long does it take to receive our photos and video?

Full delivery times will be confirmed as part of your booking details. During peak wedding season, final delivery can take approximately 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the scope of coverage.

What style of photography or videography do you specialize in?

My style is natural, relaxed, and storytelling-focused. I capture genuine moments and emotions as they happen, with minimal posing, blending photography and cinematic filming to tell the full story of your wedding day in an authentic and timeless way.

We’re not very comfortable in front of the camera — is that okay?

Absolutely. Most couples feel this way. I keep things easy, guide you gently when needed, and help you feel relaxed so everything feels natural.

Deposits, Payments & Unforeseen Circumstances

A booking is secured with a deposit, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client after the booking has been confirmed.

Payment is structured as follows:

Deposit to secure the date
50% balance payable after the wedding day
Remaining balance payable before final delivery of photos and/or video

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your wedding due to illness or an emergency, every effort will be made to provide a like-for-like replacement photographer or videographer of the same professional standard.

If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
